```Duties```- Oversee the daily operations of the fitness facility- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members- Provide exceptional customer service to member- Monitor and maintain equipment and facility cleanliness- Ensure compliance with safety regulations- Coordinate events and promotions
```Skills```- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of fitness professionals- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for members- Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers- Knowledge of pricing strategies to maximize revenue- Experience in team management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations- Proficient in store management software and systems- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
