Now Hiring: Chief Information Officer / Chief Technology Officer (CIO / CTO)
We are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer / Chief Technology Officer (CIO / CTO) to lead enterprise technology strategy, innovation, and operations. This executive role blends external-facing technology leadership (CTO) with internal IT and systems oversight (CIO)
and will play a critical role in advancing the organization's mission, efficiency, and security.
What You'll Do
As CIO / CTO, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals, objectives, and budget
- Lead and inspire high-performing technology teams , ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget
- Oversee enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ensure strong cybersecurity, compliance, data governance, and risk management practices
- Manage vendor relationships and strategic technology partnerships
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development , including converting consultant roles into permanent staff
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive leadership and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in technology leadership, software development, and scaling organizations
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure
- Strong background in cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance
- Proven success in strategic planning, financial management, and executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop top-tier technology talent
- Experience managing vendors and external technology partners
- 10+ years of executive-level leadership experience in organizations of similar size and complexity preferred
