Required Skills & Experience

3+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Admin, or hybrid BA/Admin in enterprise environments .
Hands-on Salesforce expertise, including:
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Salesforce Lightning, Flows, Validation Rules, Objects, Profiles, Apex familiarity
Strong BA skills:
Requirements gathering, user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria
Agile/Scrum methodology , backlog management, stakeholder demos
UAT leadership and QA support in enterprise-scale projects
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Agile delivery t ools .
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical enterprise stakeholders.
